The room was clean and appeared to have been updated recently, giving it a fresher feel. The location is useful, with parking right outside the unit.
The bathroom features one of the smallest sinks I've encountered, making it a hassle for any washing up. The microwave requires serious maneuvering to find a working outlet, and the bedding felt cheap and old. even the pillows left a lot to be desired. There was a persistent unpleasant odor in the bathroom, which was quite off-putting. While the air conditioning worked, it struggled in peak heat. some basic amenities, like a decent bedside lamp or a proper wardrobe, were missing, leaving the overall experience a bit wanting.

I had a great time at the Mandurah Motel! Super clean room, comfy bed, and the location near the foreshore made exploring easy. Just a heads-up, the bathroom's sink was pretty tiny, so washing up was a bit of a challenge.

A very comfortable bed and a clean room were highlights of my recent stay. The location is fantastic, just steps away from the foreshore and surrounded by a good selection of cafés and restaurants. Although noise traveled from neighboring rooms, it wasn't too disruptive. The WiFi connection was a bit inconsistent, but it was free. For budget-friendly meals, I discovered a nearby bakery with delicious pastries.

Recommend it for families seeking comfort
I enjoyed the very comfy bed and good shower, perfect after a long day. They even let me check out late, which was a great plus for us!
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but still reasonable for what you get.

Great place for a getaway with friends! The room was clean, and we enjoyed our time by the pool. We were close to the Mandurah Offshore Fishing and Sailing Club and also the nearby restaurants. Wifi was free and a bit spotty but manageable. it was a good spot to explore from.
It wasn't a pleasant start to our stay.

The location was ideal for our family, especially with a baby, as we were just minutes from the foreshore and nearby eateries. We enjoyed the clean pool and a spacious room with all the essentials like a microwave and fridge for some quick meals.
My wife says that the Wi-Fi could use some improvement.
